Frequently Asked Questions for Individuals and Families
-
You are not alone in feeling that way. One client described their situation as “complete chaos” and “overwhelming” before we began working together. What they needed most at first wasn’t perfection or a detailed plan, they needed direction, grounding, and someone to help make the process feel manageable.
My role is to help break overwhelming situations into clear, achievable steps while creating a supportive and judgment-free environment. Along the way, I try to bring calm, encouragement, and even a little fun to what can otherwise feel like a stressful process.

Life transitions can include downsizing, relocation, retirement, illness, loss of a loved one, changes in living situations, or needing help managing logistics. When working with individuals and their families I provide practical support, coordination, organization, and guidance during these periods.
-
I support legal professionals, older adults, busy professionals, families, adult children coordinating care (often from out of state), and individuals navigating major life transitions.

Inviting someone into your personal affairs, family matters, or home requires a great deal of trust. I understand that. With more than 25 years of professional experience supporting individuals, families, executives, and nonprofit leaders, I have built a reputation for discretion, reliability, and compassionate service. When clients invite me into their lives, they can expect professionalism, clear communication, and a commitment to treating their concerns as carefully as I would my own. My reputation is my most valuable asset, and I work hard to earn that trust every day.
My work is built on transparency, defined scope of services, and regular communication with the people involved. I do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice, and I work alongside licensed professionals when needed. My focus is coordination, organization, and follow-through—so families always know what is happening and why.

I understand how it can feel to have a loved one in another state who needs assistance. I help create clear communication, trusted support on the ground and peace of mind for both clients and their families.
In addition to hands-on assistance, I can also help source and set up technology solutions that make it easier for families to stay connected with their loved ones. Solutions like simple video communication tools to systems that support organization, reminders, and regular check-ins.
